I wonder if anyone remembers the sketch from this pic...?
It's just over 2 years old, but oh well! I wound up having to rescan the line-art because it had originally been scanned on my old comp, and the file was so small @_@
I didn't have much space/room in my old comp to keep larger files, but now I do!
In any case, this is just an original girl, and per usual, has no name
I think she kinda looks like a super hero with the tall boots. The bg was kinda phoned in, but I think I like the final result.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactVision: You had a good eye for this one. Everything works real nicely. I'm a sucker for complimentary colors.
Originality: This would be 5 stars but this is stylized like a lot of things similar that I've seen before BUT this approach doesn't look sterile. Reminds me of Phantasy Star Online.
Technique: I love the color schemes you used and the way you shaded the character is very interesting. I'm especially drawn to the hair and thigh highs. Your proportions are great.
Impact: It's really an eye catcher. It's dreamy and nostalgic. There's many ways you could've approached this piece but I don't think there's much more you could do with it. It's pretty much perfect.
