Just in time!!
 !My entry for =tagl 's contest, to draw her original character, Ceci~~ I hope I got all the details right xD I wonder what flavors her lollipops are...?  That hair was quite the effort, for sure... so many accessories too!! it must take a long time for this girl to get dressed every day! I'm not so sure about the plaid on the skirt... I'm not a big fan of plaid (went to catholic school as a kid so I'm kinda anti-plaid  ) and I dunno how good it looks here... Oh well~Ceci belongs to:  artwork belongs to me:  Comments
